Refund and Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your enrollment and request a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the payment for the current month's classes. This right shall lapse upon the expiration of the 14-day period.

1. Cancellation Period

Full Refund: You shall be entitled to a full refund of the current month's course fee if you exercise your right to cancel within the prescribed 14-day period after payment.
Pro-rated Refund: If you choose to cancel after the 14-day period, your entitlement to a refund shall be subject to a pro-rata reduction based on the number of classes your child has already attended in the current month.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Full Refund: In the event of a timely cancellation within the 14-day period after payment, Teckid Kenya shall promptly refund the entire course fee paid for the current month.
Pro-rated Refund: For cancellations made after the 14-day period, the refund amount shall be calculated by deducting a prorated portion of the current month's course fee based on the percentage of classes attended from the original course fee. The calculation shall be as follows: (Current Month's Course Fee) x (1 - % of Classes Attended in Current Month) = Refund Amount.

3. Refund Amount

To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, you must notify Teckid Kenya of your intent within the 14-day period after payment for the current month's classes, either by email to refund@teckidkenya.com or by telephone at +254 716 789 469. Your notification shall include:

Your child's full name.
The specific course name.
Reason(s) for cancellation.

Upon confirmation of your cancellation request, Teckid Kenya shall process the refund due to the original payment method within five (5) business days.

4. Refund Process

Any additional materials, resources, or services purchased separately from the course fee are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Upon confirmation of your cancellation and refund request, your child's access to the current month's course materials and online resources shall be immediately terminated.

7. Course Access Termination

Teckid Kenya reserves the unfettered right to modify the schedule, content, or instructors for the courses at its sole discretion. No refunds shall be issued for such modifications.

8. Modification of Course Schedule or Content

Teckid Kenya shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Contact Information

In the event your child fails to attend a class in the current month without prior notification or communication to Teckid Kenya, no refund shall be issued for the missed class. This applies to both individual classes and within the context of a pro-rated refund calculation.
